Investing to Serve You Better

Here we are again at the end of December. It’s hard to believe we’ll be starting a new year in just a few weeks. Before we do, I would
like to thank all of Raider Rooter’s customers and friends for your most valued
support during the last 12 months.

It has been a year of growth and expansion. Through it all, we have continued our commitment to our customers through hard work, innovation, and stellar customer service. In our busy year of progress, particular highlights include reinvestment in our company through the addition of new pump trucks, which will arrive early next year, the completion of multiple large projects, and the arrival of several new team members.

As we look toward 2019, we’re excited about our continued improvements. We expect to invest in new excavating equipment, and add to our fleet of trucks, including a Vactor truck, a new pump truck, and three new vans.

While our valued customers are the cornerstone of our success, I would be remiss not to also acknowledge our staff. Our success wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team, the heart and soul of the company. It’s important to have good people in your corner, and we have the best!
