When my former plumber could not fix my problem, he recommended I call Raider Rooter in Lantana.
From the 1st call, each person who came to do work was polite, skilled and caring. Even the office gal on the phone , Ashley, was a dream to deal with.
Their costs were way less than my former, high end plumbing company.
Not only did they clear a clog which had reoccurred within 24 hours of the 1st attempt by the former company, but they took a look at the line with the camera as a complimentary safe guard!

After a few days, a wonderful guy, Ace, came with another camera to examine whether or not I needed the old iron pipes replaced (a very expensive procedure) . He honestly told me the pipes were not that bad. That was a big relief!

The 3rd job was to replace a weak flushing toilet. Tim and Robert did a great job. All went well!

I thank God for this company!
Ashley is always responsive to my (texted)questions, sometimes within minutes!

They will always be My Plumbers, as I am a widow now and greatly appreciate caring and skilled workers!

Raider Rooter had someone on-site within 3 hours. Tim the head guy was great! He went above and beyond despite how hot it was. He was patient and took the time to explain and show me all that I wanted to see (on the camera feed). They sent me the link to the video from the camera run by EOD so the sub who did the digging who caused the sewer break for my neighbor will be able to use it when he is onsite tomorrow.

Dan was on time and he was very nice. Seemed very knowledgeable and informative. Gets good marks. Now we're still dealing with the issues he discovered. He started the process but now we have to deal with our insurance.

Raider Router is an exceptional company. The service and quality are truly top-notch. More companies and professionals like this are needed!

I would especially like to recognize the outstanding employees Jordan and Amadeo. On their first visit, they quickly identified and documented the issue — a leak between the house and the main water line.

After that, the office followed up and scheduled a convenient day and time for the repair. Today they arrived right on time, in a great mood, and immediately got to work on a very difficult job. The result was absolutely perfect — clean, precise, and professional.

What can I say — you should be proud to have such employees. Jonathan and Amadeo delivered excellent service from start to finish.
